Opening orders need to be prepaid. We accept Company Cheque, Visa, M/C, Amex, or E-Transfer. Approved Accounts will receive 60 day terms.

Returns, Exchanges, Credits & Damages
Tempo Time does not charge a restocking fee, however you are responsible for all original shipping and handling charges, as well as the return shipping charges. You can return items to our store in person, mail or courier. Follow the instructions below to return your items.
For all returns and exchanges, you will need the following:
The original receipts (invoices) from your purchase – for online orders, please login and get your invoice OR call us at 888-335-8463 for a copy.
Original package and all items originally included by the manufacturer or Tempo Time (including all manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items). Your name, company name, address, phone number and signature. Contact information provide when the order was placed (name, address, postal code, phone, and email).
An RGA number. Please call Tempo Time at 888-335-8463 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Returned Goods Authorization Number.

Important: In the event a returned order has items missing or is not in the original packaging, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials, including gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items (e.g. a gift card), may be deducted from the total credit amount. Tempo Time will not credit the original shipping charge or pay return shipping unless the item is deemed defective.

At Tempo Time, our clocks are designed to give years of satisfactory performance. We warrant the clocks against any original defect for two years, from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been tampered with, or subjected to any misuse, abuse, neglect or accident and we agree to repair or replace at our discretion, any original defect within two years. Batteries should be replaced at least once a year.
Procedure for Return
Include a letter describing the problem experienced with your clock and be sure to clearly show your business name and return address. Your clocks should be carefully protected and shipped in a carton, by prepaid and insured post or Courier to appropriate address below. IMPORTANT: Shipping damage nullifies your guarantee.
