Payment Policy

All opening orders must be prepaid. Upon credit approval Temp Time offers Net 60 terms. Tempo Time accepts the following forms of payment:
Company Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, and E-Transfer.

Shipping Policy

All orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Rates

Tempo Time is committed to finding you the best shipping rate. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the items and/or weight of your products and your location. If you would like to know the shipping costs before your order is shipped, please note this on your order.

Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Backorders

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
